Hi and a warm welcome. I would definitely be asking them the questions as they can give you case specific answers. Ask for a breakdown of monies paid in and out and why the increases when you have had no increase in income.

Hi and welcome from myself too. I would have thought if this is the result of a review that they would have informed you of your new payment and sent you a breakdown of how they came to this figure.

Question them and ask for the breakdown. Sometimes errors are made by the company.
