You should not be open to the loss of any windfalls once you have had a full and final offer accepted by creditors, but do make sure the wording of your offer reflects this point.

It is usual in a full and final based IVA to distribute the monies when you are ready to close the case - but if your IVA was completed in October 2013 I am rather surprised this is all taking so long. Have they given you any idea what is causing the delay?

It really does depend upon the terms of your IVA, and the reasons behind you wanting to sell your old property and purchase a new one. Can you give us a little more information about what you want to do please.

I guess it is up to the individual lenders to set their own policies, and if they want to lose out on additional business then that is up to them.
