Cheers foggy I shall get onto them today to explain that I forgot to mention them as I couldn't see anything in my proposal regarding other credit I did mention my argos store card at the very beginning but they seemed to miss it off the proposal but I thought nothing of it.

Taking initiative I thought I would keep my catalogue and my argos store card out of the IVA as catalogue was balance zero and argos card only had £100 my initial thoughts were this would help keep my credit record on some sort of even keel ready for when my IVA finishes and help rebuild it that bit...

And I must of got confused as I thought they needed to submit their claim to what was owed to them at the beginning of the arrangement so all funds could be split correctly I didn't realise they could put their claim in at any time but they are 3 big lenders Virgin,MBNA & Barclaycard

I only refer to it being adjourned as that's what was mentioned in the paperwork I received and yes I have only just begun my IVA first payment of 107 was taken on Tuesday

Oh got ya so why didn't they submit a claim then as only 4k of my debt was submitted by claimees but total debt is 30k+

Right my meeting went ahead on the 19th August and was approved but only 2 of the 5 creditors turned up and submitted claims what happens with the other 3? Do they have a time limit to put a claim in as if they don't the only submitted claims come to 4k and that I can clear with help from my mum.
