I understand what your saying Lisa but I just don't have the time to be able to work it all out with a disabled girlfriend 2 children and a 48hr week job and the house work after school clubs too

Thanks for that foggy I'll get onto credit fix then and ask them to put that forward as a proposal instead of the monthly salary but will being a 50% home owner affect this in the 5th yr still or will the f&f just write it off

Thank you for your help everyone I shall ring the Solicitors tomorrow and inform them of my iva better to be safe than sorry and risk losing the house over it. The payment should clear half of my creditors debt so fingers crossed that should reduce my monthlies and my iva hasn't actually been approv...

On the off chance does most iva company's offer a cooling off period after signing the initial proposal to creditors as after finally being able to admit that I have a problem I feel my family might actually offer to help me out of the situation I signed the initial proposal on Friday.
