Hi. I hope someone here might be able to help me. I was thinking how does it look like with iva while working only bank staff hours. It means I would be paid different money each month depends on how often they need me. How it works with I&E and what I lay towards my IVA? Thank you

Thank you Foggy. Ah yes, as soon I've got my payslip I will send the pic to CS so they can sort it out for me. I was just wondering. Wage agreed in I&E is 4 weeks pay, just two or three times a year I am getting paid for 5 weeks and now its 5 weeks together with bonus.

Hi. I have just found out I will receive my annual bonus. I am pretty sure I am under 10% 50/50 rule. The problem is annual bonus comes together with 5 weeks pay. To which wage then that rule applies? Normal 4 weeks or this odd 5 weeks??

No, nothing yet Kallis. Might as you said, be sorted after xmas. Really upsetting as its the last thing I would expect to find out on xmas eve morning. Thank You both, Foggy and Kallis, at least I know I can fight and not let them add it all.
