thankyou for that reasurance. it is difficult feeling so vulnerable at a time so stressed,when we as in the general public approach anyone for help with serious money problems there is a great deal of trust involved.

Thankyou for the replies. The CAB told us they usually direct people towards Grant Thornton or Payplan,for us they're saying Grant Thornton. I've looked at the review site,they don't appear to have many up to date reviews as others do so feedback is helpful.
