we did a F&F IVA last year. it took several months for the money to be distibuted to creditors though. we had a note attached to our names on the IR stating we would come off after 3mths after the IVA was satisfied.

we were off the day afer the 3mth mark.

my hubby got a contract with O2 last month,no problems. we were already with them.
