Well done The restriction on the house should be removed automatically once the information of the completeion is passed around - You can leave it a month or so then check on line yourself the land register if you want. It however can take up to three month to be removed from the Insolvency Register

Use the brokers on here - they will give you advice etc. ?? You have defaults on payments to your mortage dated 2013,these will remain till 2019 if the lenders defaulted them. To need to allow (?? 28 days) for them to respond - if they fail to do this, then you need to use the ICO website and register a complaint against the company. Attach all your documentation when you register the complaint with the ICO

Oh good - make sure to have the completion certificate in you hand and the restriction is removed before even attempting to put the house on the market.(may take a few months) That way your equity will be protected

Are you also aware there is a restriction on your property - so you will need permisson to sell. The IVA will then capture a large slice of equity

Paying off the credit either monthly or leaving a small balance is personal choice. I prefer to pay off the CC monthly and us it as my debit card (ie food shopping /petrol etc etc) - the CC offers the added protection that comes with a Credit card. Barclaycard in the past have reduced credit limits or close accounts for people who pay off their credit balance monthly - Barclaycard do NOT make their money on customers that pay the balance off monthly, in fact it cost them to manage the accounts

There is also an increasing number of Credit Unions offering the Visa Debit Card as part of the account.Any funds in these account is also protected. Some Unions charge a small fee for the account.
