Once you get that completion letter then contact any creditor that has defaulted you and tell them to remove defaults after the date of original acceptance.

Hi - unfortunately this is a problem at the moment due to the PPI and VAT issues. You are in a long line of people who haven't had their certificates and some have been waiting well over a year. You will just have to be patient. The IVA will be on your record for six years from the date of acceptanc...

You can speak to people off forum at any time. A lot of us are friends off forum either via forum friends or via Facebook. We don't discuss debt problems via FB but if you do contact via Frugal Friends then you can email about anything.
