Hi - unfortunately this is a problem at the moment due to the PPI and VAT issues. You are in a long line of people who haven't had their certificates and some have been waiting well over a year. You will just have to be patient. The IVA will be on your record for six years from the date of acceptanc...

Are you guilty of the things they are accusing you of? If not then fight it all the way.

I rather think this OP is long gone as she has never been back on here, especially as you posted the same in May last year.

TV wise I have no option other than BT or Talk Talk and they can both get lost.
