I was asking because I am keen to keep the phone and contract as it is only ever around £10 per month and thats with unlimited data, texts, and I never go over call allowance.

I had the long phone call on Monday and received email list of things to do, a further shorter phone call Tuesday.
Got new account applications done and house valuation done.
This weekend will be spent gathering together statements etc.
Felt a lot better just from the first phone call.
