I had the long phone call on Monday and received email list of things to do, a further shorter phone call Tuesday.
Got new account applications done and house valuation done.
This weekend will be spent gathering together statements etc.
Felt a lot better just from the first phone call.

Im still waiting for mine but have already made progress on other things, i think as soon as they arrive thats when it will hit home.
