Positive thoughts for you tomorrow. I'm hopeful you will be celebrating 🍾

Your IP should work with you if necessary to consider best steps if initial proposal not accepted. There are options including a new/amended proposal; bankruptcy is last option.

Mel865 - you have every right to contact your IP direct and they cannot stop you from doing so. As per my post emailing, writing, phoning and logging all attempts to contact will provide you with evidence of attempting to inform and work with. Hoping by now the OP has got a resolution and their iva ...

Payplan are widely used by forum members and like all providers you need to work with them, keep them informed of changes and comply to the iva conditions once approved.

I would work with your IP to review following your change in circumstances. I wouldn't try to "hide" anything- being upfront and honest with what has happened in the last few months and how you have dealt with it should in my opinion demonstrate resilience and ability to manage. If you have borrowed...

I would ask that they consider the known increases in utility bills and national insurance etc during this review, otherwise, those will kick in and you will struggle early on during this year.

I would suggest your car is of little interest to them at that value ... you need your car to get from A to B so be ready to demonstrate this should you be asked, but I would have expected it to have been raised already with you in early discussions
