try Nationwide; this is who i moved to when I new I had to eneter into my IVA. ive never had a problem with them and they even offer a basic debit card ( no overdraft etc )

Im with Debt Free direct and can't recommend them enough. im now entering my final year. Annual review was completed within days.

Not sure as to criteria these days regarding how much debt required, as unfortunately my debt was immense
