Hey Brownie, how did you get on? Please don't think that anyone on this site judges you. We ARE all in the same boat, just all different circumstances. Hope you got to speak to your IP. Viki X

No, think he must be figment of someones imagination. Wrote letter to DFD. They have now written to Black Horse asking them to treat debt as unsecured asw no longer have caavan!Black Horses reputation is well known so not holding my breath that they will be kind to us.Just hate all this waiting and the fact that DFD seem to have our fate in their and all the tie. Can't hel feeling that they don't want the work now hat they have got us our IVA. What they won't acknowledge is that we will fail IVA if we have to find money for Black Horse and IVA money.

Hey Brownie, so sorry this is happening to you. I have heard a few others on the forum saying that dfd are a bit slow in returning emails etc, just keep trying and I've got my fingers crossed for the outcome. Viki X

If your loan to Black Horse was included in your IVA, surely they must have been told about it at the time. Did they vote or not at your creditors meeting?

If they are saying that you still need to pay them, can you not vary your IVA to remove that figure and adjust your payments accordingly so that you are able to pay their debt?

Don't know whether you are able to do that or not as I am not an expert, just a thought that crossed my mind when I read your post
