Secured Loans???

I was wondering if anyone has had a situation similar to ours. We hve our mortgage with Northern Rock and we then took a secured loan out with Nemo finance. A year later we tried to consolidate debts an got another secued loan wit Welcome Finance. What a bad move that was but at the time we both felt it was the rigt choice. So basically i have my mortgage and 2 secured loans however Nemo have said they have no record that Welcome finance asked their "permission" for a 3rd charge on the house.

Does anyone else have a similar situation ??

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.
