just sent in my Self Assessment and i over pad my tax by £45.00 no my paye over the year so ask 4 it back do i send thes to my ip

I cannot understand your post. Could you be a little clearer please, but if your question is should you send a copy of your tax return to your IP then the answer is yes.

I think I can help here and the answer is that the IR will place the refund into the IVA as they consider the tax issue and an IVA as an ongoing case!
