Well I have sent off my first review and budget my income has gone up by a small amount but expenditure has gone up due to having health treatment that the nhs do not offer but say I need also my petrol has gone up due to having to travel further to work. So all I can afford is a decrease in payments by £7 . My health care budget is about 45 per mth and petrol 180 per mth. Also I have included a offer of ff for the full outstanding payments left on iva. Wonder what will happen

Hopefully your offer will be viewed favourably by your IP and presented to creditors as soon as possible. Where are you getting the money from to offer the settlement?

The money is being offered by a 3rd party but will only be available if ff is accepted the 3rd party has offered the full outstanding amount of the iva.

I would think so but have a chat with your IP as to continue to pay into the IVA does increase the dividend when a settlement is agreed and if it's not you've missed no payments and can continue.
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Yes that ed make sense to keep paying not that I would not stop unless up told me to. Funny thing is when I phoned iPhone to tell them the offer could be on the table they sounded fine about it. Then when I called back to offer was in post with annual review they sounded well annoyed or that is probably just me reading to much into it

I fully intend to keep up payments. But worried a huge mistake has been made my iva is for 16p in the pound and I have offered the full outstanding amount of payments left but what about iP charges
