Sorry Ida, just caught up with this again.

I'm fine thanks.

You would think in these circumstances that Payplan would gee the creditors up. I also think the initial letter to them should have been enough - surely one inoperable form of cancer is enough for them to make a decision.

My heartfelt thoughts go out to you and your family during this difficult time Ida, I so hope that you will get the news from your IP soon. Stay positive there are many developments in the medical field and treatments such as radiotherapy and chemotherapy although intense and not pleasant are successful. I shall send you some reiki which may or may not help. Good luck, be safe.

Something NORMAL, my 10 year old daughter won a nation wide art cometition. Shehad to design a poster for the Fire Brigade. She won and not only that, she won an IPod!!!!!

School knows about our R and they are making it extra extra special for her, an assembly with the fire brigade big wigs and at the end they will call her up.

Something she will remember forever!

awwwwwwwwww that has brought a tear to my eye Ida, you must be very proud of your little girl, let's hope she gets more than an IPOD to be honest.

Very well done.

I am so so proud of her, not surprised though, she is incredibly talented.

She has no idea, on Weds school have planned a surprise for her, they know about at home and want to make it special for her!

Thank you all so much!

That's wonderful news Ida. So very pleased for your daughter and how proud you must both be of her.

What a wonderful surprise it will be on Wednesday. Let us know how she gets on with that.

I hope you and hubby are bearing up?

As always thank you all. xx

She had a wonderful day on Weds, totally pampered and made a fuss of.

He just had his third "long day" today, they adjusted his dosage of medication, it made him incredibly ill, and they told him it was standard to reduce the concentration of chemo with most people, so hopefully he'll feel better this cycle (they say it makes no difference at all to reduce the drug levels). We have answers to some questions and to be honest, all "good" at the moment, we know why things are being done (or not done and that is also fine once you know why).

As for the IVA, we sent all the info they asked for, doctors reports mortgage stuff, and it never got to our manager or whatever the title is. I sent the stuff out and she never recieved it. I have replaced it now and will re send but hope the other stuff is lost good and proper it had confidential stuff in it on many levels.

I'm glad your daughter had a good day, you must be so proud of her.

I'm glad you've had positive answers to your questions about R's treatment.

Sorry your paperwork didn't reach Payplan, and like you say I hope it's lost for good. I'd send the replacements by Special Delivery just to be on the safe side.

That is brilliant news about R's treatment Ida. Just puts the whole debt thing into perspective really - ie not really important in the great big scheme of things.

Keep strong and remember we are all here for you - at any time you need us to be.
