Many many thanks to all!

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Melanie, I would be very grateful, I have been handling things, I had a "moment" on the phone when the truly lovely and helpful/sympathetic lady at payplan asked me for the things she needed to make a proposal to the creditors, my R, he is no secret squirrel, he handles money I do other stuff, I found my pay slips etc by logic.........his weren't there, lovely lady said she'd sort it do her best NOT to need his payslips and she hasn't asked.

NOTHING has been too much trouble for her, she is amazing.

I am hoping this is enough, she asked for stuff I gave what I could, and what I couldn't the lovely lady at payplan assured me she could cover.

I did my best.

As always.
Melanie, DO you think it is enough?

CAN they take our home?
The home he WILL recover in?

CAN they take our car?
(OK I already know this, our car is OLD and was passed over in the IVA written off until I howled aoyut chemo and transport, it actually IS and always will be better than an ambulance, it's HOME OUR place betweeen hospital and REAL homee.)

If you can gather all of the papers together and then give me a ring in the office so that we can arrange something. Just mention who you are from the forum, and we will see what we can do. There is bound to be a sensible solution, and at the end of the day you are only just up the road.

Give Mel a ring Ida - you don't deserve any of this, any of you, but Mel will help you out.

What we need to do is to logically assess your current situation to find a way forward to deal with the current IVA. You have a good firm acting for you, but I am local to you and I feel that you need some direct support right now. Let us sit and have a look at all of your paperwork, and then I will be happy to speak to Payplan for you - as I am sure Jan would as well as she is also a client of theirs.

Let us help you - after all a problem shared is a problem solved.

That's right Mel - I am more than happy to do my bit, just wished I lived a bit closer.

I am sure with Melanie's help Payplan will do their best to help you.

I've found them very good so far.

I have followed this thread from the beginning and have to say Ida you are a remarkable lady, really you are and if anybody deserves some good luck its most deffinitely you.

I really dont think the creditors will take your home. They are human too and im sure, if even in a very small way, they can relate to what you are going through or know somebody that can.

I think the whole forum will celebrate with you when this is all over xxxxxx

I quite agree Mrs S. It will be a relief to know that Payplan have done the right thing so that Ida can concentrate on the things that really matter.

Payplan now have the returned documents they need, th ones they sent to the creditors asking them to accept full and final payment, we had to sign them (they weren't pretty to read, we were so near the end) so now we have to wait for the creditors meeting and their decision.
