seriously considering bankruptcy

i owe about 40k in debts and take home about 1200 a month i am seriously considering bankruptcy dont want to but debt free direct cant help any suggestions x

Its best to get advice from 2 or 3 companies to ensure the advice you have been given is correct and best for you.
iva.com has a list of insolvency practitioners and reviews.
Melanie Giles who posts on this forum comes highly recomended.
