A bit off topic I know, but I remember a while ago there was a post about football on Setanta. As we have just got it put on so I can watch the glorius reds against Sunderland I thought I would update you - it's £9.99 per month, but there is also a £10 connection fee. There is no annual fee so you can take it off when you like, and here is the problem - if you want it put back on again there is another £10 connection fee.

Apologies to anyone not interested in football!

skippy we too have bought that package, it is so much cheaper than sky, i have had that turned off, negotiated a deal with virgin for my land line phone down to £10 per month and also the same for my internet for 6 months, so now i pay £30 per month for all 3 instead of £73 saved myself over £40 a month!!

That's really good Kerri. We still have Sky (Dave pays for it) but only so we can have the sports. We can't have cable in the flat so we haven't really got a lot of choice. When we move we'll have a think about what to have but we'll probably stick with Sky and get their broadband as well, which will save us quite a bit. I must admit having a real hatred of cable having worked for Telewest!

Yes got Sentanda Sport and it is very good!

All they need to do now is buy the rights for the English League so they can cover League 2 which my local team play in!

Thanks to those who have Sky i am going to have to give up my Sunday Lunch to watch Wycombe V Brentford as they are televising it!
