Hi
Just to put people at ease and say that a creditors "meeting" just does not happen. It is all done by post in nearly all cases [as Churchmouse can verify]You feel that all your creditors are huddled around a table discussing your case but nothing could be further from the truth.Your creditors probably have many IVA "meetings"on the same day as yours and many use large accountancy firms to process IVAs.I am
afraid that we are all part of a large IVA conveyor belt !!!

Getting scared again I know its daft but I cannot go bankrupt, not becasue of shame or any stupid like pride, I would lose my job and income.

It is unlikely that your IVA will not be approved if it will return a greater amount than bankruptcy.Your IP would have stated that bankruptcy would show a far lesser return in the report and proposal that goes to all your creditors.Try and relax as you have now done all that you can.
