I spoke to VB arould two years before going into my IVA. At the time I was advised to for for a Debt management plan. which I would have been paying for about 16 years, so put my head back in the sand.
After finding this forum, I talk with Mel's team.
It was the best thing I did in years. they talk me though each step, I could ask as many ? as I like and at the end could make my own mind up.
Which I went with the advice they give. My IVA is now over, and know Mel's company was the right one for me.

I ended up going with both if that helps! , I contact vincent bond early on to discuss full and final options for my debt (no DMP or IVA at this stage), I later asked for Mels firm to be used as I saw she was one of the better IPs out there
