Should benefits be taken into account

Should my 17 yr old daughters DLA benefits be taken into account as household income when calculating household income.

Hi Vanessa and welcome to the forum

If the IVA is for you, then your daughter's income does not need to be taken into account, but any contributions she makes to you for board and lodge would do.
