I have phoned my local County Court today and have been told they are booked up until middle of October.

I have made my decision to go br, however just need to do my forms. I feel this will give me plebty of time to gather my thoughts and sort thngs out etc.

I dont want to be putting it off for much longer, and would like to be almost stress free in time for Xmas!!
Onwards and Upwards is the way for me :-0)

xx

I would book it up now - you can always cancel if you change your mind in the meantime.

I would definitely book the appointment Moneyworries - it'll give you something to work towards, and you'll be debt free by Christmas.
