Hi All

I've been wandering and have a IVA meeting early feb and if accepted will be paying £550 for the next 60 months!!

Now im thinking should i go BR because
1) i have no house
2) No Assets

but on the other hand
1)i'm a Accounts Manager learning to be an accountant one day.
2)I'm 1 of 2 directors on 2 company's.
3)Could i be sacked if my job find out.

This is the only thing thats stopping me from going BR unless i miss anything out?

Still no sure what best!

You cannot be a director of a company if you are bankrupt, so that will be an imporant consideration for you to take into account, and you will have to resign.

I would also suggest that your current job may not be affected, however if you are studying to be an accountant, once you qaulify you may find some employers will not allow people in IVA's to work for them - total discrimination i know but sadly it happens.

If your job involves you being a director it is bound to be affected, and even if it does not surely the companies are going to wonder why you are resigning?
