can any one help i received another phone call lloyds yesterday re my accounts, told them that i was on an iva then rang my iva firm who asked me for there phone number and fax number ive got that many different numbers for them i not sure which number i should given, shouldnt they already have information as they have already contected them beforve iva was accepted
It does take a while for the info to filter down through the ranks. It took Natwest 4 months after approval to update there records for me. It took me returning the defaults with a copy of the chairmans report!
If you get any more calls just keep referring them to your ip, they can't touch you and will get the message soon.

This is not very good service from this major lending institution, and I suggest that you get your IP to take up the matter with KPMG who handle most of the insolvency work for Lloyds.
KPMG are a large firm of Chartered Accountants and Insolvency Practitioners that represent a number of the main lending institutions - and they deal with voting at creditors meetings and the submission of proofs of debt. A quick call from your IP ought to be able to sort out this constant harassment quite easily - I call them all the time when my clients are suffering from unwanted and unecessary callers.
Interest and late payment charges cannot be added to the debts once an IVA has been accepted by creditors.
I have just had ANOTHER call from LTSB, they seem incapable of comprehending anything. They have not received IandE, they have not agreed payment, you need to send and Iand E etc etc. I asked eventually for my debt to be transferred to Central Debt recovery, which we found out about this dept last week. When mentioned it seems to cause panic at the end of the phone. The caller said Ok goodbye. That is a first.
I have come to the conclusion that LTSB are the most useless bank on the high street, and the ad on TV drives me mad.
With LlyodsTSB debt department or another organisation?
