Read through proposal a good few times now and am ready to sign and send back this week, the phone calls and letters have started this week aswell...

As long as you're happy then go with it. Send the proposal back and your meeting should be 16 days after the proposal is received by the IP.
Don't worry about the calls - they are par for the course. Send any letters to the IP.

Fab - you're well on the way then Jay.
Phone calls are the pits. I did prepare by changing my mobile number and unplugging the home phone. Tell family you're having probs with the line and to call you on your mobile if necessary.
I just plugged it in every few days in case there was something important. The calls may continue for a few weeks after the meeting but it doesn't affect you the same way once you know you're covered!
