Good luck, glad you are happy. Tuesday i will be sweating for a different reason, full and Final offer creditors meeting. So hopefully this time tommorrow it will all be over for me. But don't despair, head down and bum up, five years will fly by, i speak from experience.

Regards

Thank you all so much for all of the support and kindness. I have found this a true lifeline and will continue to be a regular poster - hopefully I can bring encouragement to others in the same way you have all me!

Regarding the increase, I talked with other half and we have decided to see how it goes for the first month or two first. I am still in a bit of a daydream state to be honset with you - I feel like WE finally have some control over the finances. In case you are interested Lloyds TSB who held most debt voted in our favour, as HSBC. Barclycard said no and the payday loan companies did not vote.

We had about 87% over all.

Good luck Howard with the F&F meeting, I will keep my fingers crossed for you.

Thank you again, I have not felt this relieved in a long time. My other half says he now wants someone to call asking for money just so he can have the satisfaction of telling them about the IVA (they have hounded us day and night this particular company) is that bad???

Love,

Frenchie xxx

I know what you mean Frenchie - I had a call from Mercers on the day of acceptance and took great delight in telling them the news and they still tried to get me to make a payment!

I hope you can cope with the extra payment - please don't struggle.

Hi Frenchie - congratulations and celebrations.

Sorry everyone - I wouldn't sweat the £40. It's a big amount of money in an IVA but a small amount for peace of mind and being on the road to freedom. Don't get down about it Frenchie xx
