Gerrard isn't fit to lace Paul Scholes's boots!

I was pleased when Spurs beat Chelsea in the Carling Cup Emma - unlike Dave!

I'm not over confident really - in a one off match like that anything can happen. I can dream though!

And just to make my evening complete my local club Staines Town won their promotion play off semi final - come on the Swans on Saturday!

I love you Skippy!!!

You talk so much sense, especially the bit where you said that Gerrard etc....

My own one claim to fame is that I have played cricket against Paul Scholes and I hit him for 2 6's in one innings. However, he got his revenge....

Skippy - I don't know why you want The Swans to win Saturday, but all support welcome....thanks.

If only we could sign Lionel Messi...what a player! Though I'm glad Manchester Utd won ( can't call them Man U...spent too long listening to Terry Christian).

C'mon you Jacks.

Staines Town are known as the Swans!

I'm going to stick my neck out now and say that Paul Scholes is the best player to come through the United Academy, better than Beckham, Giggs etc. Think how good he'd be if he could actually tackle! He has been one of the most under rated players as well, probably because he's not always in Hello magazine!

Who do you fancy in the final Size5?

Skippy,

I cannot believe I am writing this but I would prefer Liverpool (as you know, it is illegal for a Utd fan to support Liverpool, under any circumstances, ever) I just feel that Utd have Liverpools number, whereas with Chelsea it is a much closer call, indeed it can be argued that they have a bit of a hold on us recently. Whoever it is, I only hope that Fergie goes for the jugular with all the firepower we have and that he doesn't get too tactical. Let them worry about us rather than the other way round.

The begging e mails for tickets have already been sent, but I am not hopeful.......

I'm still undecided as I would get great satisfaction beating either of them in the final.

21st May is written on the calender in big letters, but lets hope we can beat West Ham (we owe them!) and Wigan on their cow field of a pitch and win the Premiership as well!

Oooohhhh yes!!!

Still well remember ('94 I think it was) the last day of the season where Blackburn won the title and we battered West Ham but couldn't get the winner.

One title closer to Liverpools record and beating Liverpool in the Champions League final would be a very happy day indeed.

They (somehow!) beat us twice last season as well if I remember rightly. Fingers crossed Newcastle can do us a favour and stuff Chelski on Monday!

A draw would do me Skippy, but we mustn't really think like that. Focus on winning our 2 games and stuff what Chelsea do is what I say!!

Sorry Skippy - I should've realised with Staines - hubby lived & worked there a few years ago. Too focused on Swansea that's my problem lol

I can't get into footie on here as well, I spend enough of my day talking sport in work.

I'm more into sport than Dave - football, cricket, F1, athletics, I'm not fussed!

I was even watching snooker with him yesterday!
