I found that some of the alternative numbers no longer work - presumably the companies realise and disconnect them so we can pay for the pleasure of complaining!

Not me - I'm happy to stay with them and won't be rocking the boat.

I only have sky on my iphone at the moment, but seeing as they have upped the price to £8 a month, i will be calling to cancel, will see if i can get a deal on sky player for my PC or my xbox, as that works out a much better deal. Use my payrise to pay for the sky that way. Virgin keep offering deals, but i get the feeling would get caught out when they change the prices back up.

I have Sky for home phone, broadband and TV and really rate them. My mobile is O2 and will remain so, even when I'm out of the IVA as I rate them as well.

I don't have an iphone, so no apps. Wouldn't pay for those anyway. I can go onto the internet on my phone at no extra cost so do it that way if I need to.

I use mine for texting and calls and as I have a free unlimited web bolt on with O2, I do use the internet, but not often. I do use it to take pictures as well. I don't pay for any extra content though.

My phone does everything, im lost without it. I actually make very few calls from it. Txt, MMS quite often, facebook, browse this forum and has full internet access, do my banking from it, play games, use it to view my MS Office files and transfer files from one place to another, ipod for music, video etc.. and take photo's, gps for maps and route finding, the list goes on, my phone lets me watch tele, sky sports, internet radio....and then it has loads of apps as well.

Not so much a phone anymore, more a computing device.

I do most things from the computer. Never play games either via phone or computer and I don't use MS Office, use Open Office which is free and if I want to write a letter I either use that or the firms computer. Television is done on the TV and I have a DAB radio at work and we have GPS in the car.

I've seen my next phone and it's not an iphone!

I love my iphone and got lots of apps but don't often pay for them and if I do I've had to trial the light version first. I want an ipad but only because I like gadgets I don't need one, pure greed. One day maybe who knows? x
IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Daughter uses her ipod touch for just about everything. I inherited the normal ipod and just use that for music in the car.
