Have to say a huge thankyou to Declan from DFD as he has pushed for the completion certificate for me - I think otherwise I would still be waiting and looking over my shoulder !

Will let you know if the MortgageBroker says yes ! And only then will I start to look at houses on Rightmove and think maybe, just maybe !

Wow - you have just achieved the impossible!! I was starting to think I had more chance of bumping into Elvis Presley in my local Asda than ever getting a mortgage. I feel like singing the Hallelujah Chorus so you must be over the flipping moon. XXXXX

Trying not to get too excited...long way to go yet ! But yes - happy is the word ! Mind you we need to have a 50% deposit ! I would much rather my relative still be alive - but love her to bits for what she has left behind for me x
