Well my snail mail has basically ground to a halt, no offers of loans or cards, but my spam email is going through the roof!

I keep getting emails offering me a guaranteed £1000 till payday, credit cards, personal loans, you name it, I can have it.

Wish they would all go away and leave me alone!!!!!!!!!!!

It's so nice to come home to the post now that my IVA is almost a year old and all I seem to get are adverts, pizza delivery offers and the occasional utility statement! The number of letters we recevied prior to our IVA was ridiculous and I look back now and wonder what the postman thought every month!!!!

Occasionally we get the odd letter from one of our creditors although very rare and if we do I simply send it to our IP for them to deal with - after all when your IVA works they actually don't have todo anything for their money - however knowing that every year the review and report is sent to creditors and our creditors receive some money back that we so freely spent does make more aware of the position we are in and it is a priviledge to have a second chance at our lives! Just wish we had come to our senses a few years ago when we consolidated the first time around thinking all was ok !

Hey ho ....10 down 50 to go!

I had one today inviting me to some property seminar in London - have to say that the houses looked fantastic - pity I can't afford one!

Hi Kallis,
Glad to hear your mail is better - isn't it nice not to dread opening the door after a hard day's work!! Strangely one of my main creditors was MBNA and they are still sneding me "Your guaranteed Loan" has been approved. I cant describe the joy I fell when I shred those!!!
Ignore them and they should go away....
Hugs,

It's great caerrie! I no longer dread seeing the postman walking down the road or dread the phone ringing. The spam emails are easy to deal with as well - I just hit that delete button!

I get loads of spam, it just never gets opened and goes straight to junk mail and then to my waste bin never to be seen again.

I've lost track of the amount of viagra, loans, jobs, updates of bank details, credit cards, US$ loans!! and all that I've received over the years.

I wish they would go away too!
