Hi everyone!

It is all done, the iva's were both approved with minor modifications.

We are so please, it is a relief and i feel now we can start to plan for the future.

Thanks to everyone on the forum for the support. I have learnt so much from you all and i will be going nowhere!

We are just so happy,

Hi - I am really pleased for you! What a relief eh! Hopefully myself and my husband will be feeling like this soon - we have ours next Thurs 29th.

IVA final payment left the bank on the 26th January 2013...looking forward to a debt free future.

Just as and when you can and if you wanted to you could post the voting results so people can compare notes!! Its often handy to see that you arent the only one in trouble.

Someone asked if i could write about who voted and who didn't etc. So this is pretty much it i think.

OK so my main creditors that we had were

halifax loan
halifax creditcard
barclaycard credit card
mbna credit card
mint credit card

Mint is a really small amount and they didn't reply at all.

Barclaycard and halifax voted early and said yes. And very surprisingly MBNA did not vote. That was the one that we were really worried about too. IP thought they might have been leaving it to the last minute but nothing at all.
