Mine is also on there! One thought I did have though, how many people that havent had debt problems themselves actually know about The Insolvency Register and even more so that it is a public register. Not many I would have thought.
i found myself on there within a week or so of my iva being accepted,
i imagine that the only people who know about the register are those who are themselves insolvent, and so i believe that if anyone searches for me then they are probably on there themselves.
although i dont believe there should be a public register, but at least it shows we are on our way to being debt free.
and when you look at it like that, i bet there are a lot of people who were wishing they were there on the register themselves!!
