Could anybody advise on a good reputable iva company to use. There are so many I am not sure which one to use.
Thanks

di welcome to the forum, the world of iva's is very daunting, the best place to start is to ring a couple of companies up and see what each one gives in way of advice, don't agree to anything unless you feel 100% sure of the company the best place probably to start would be to contact some of the experts on here, many companies ask for upfront payments be wary of this, however some may ask for 2 months upfront and it is returnable always make sure you know what is going to happen to any fees you have paid, at all costs through personal experience avoid debt councillors and synergi, if you post and give a good idea of what the total of your debts are and what disposable income you have left at the end of each month i am sure melanie will be along soon to offer her advice, (she is an IP) and one of the experts on here.
good luck keep posting so we know how you get on we are all here to support you through the process.

Hi Di

Contact at least three companies to get an idea of what's what, avoid companies who want upfront fees, avoid synergie!, go with who seems to work in your best interests and is honest with you, not making you under the impression that iva's are always the best way to go as they are not always, or that they are simple and easily affordable.

The Experts on this sight have good feedback, look through the posts to give you an idea
THE ONLY WAY IS UP :-)

Hi Di

Welcome to this site. As has already been said, my advice is to speak to 2-3 different companies and then choose the one you feel you are most comfortable with.

If you are asked to pay up front fees, this is not always bad however, you must ensure that these are refundable if they are unable to help you
