I am so fed up with Accuma. As per my previous posts I stated at Accuma had got my direct debit details wrong so they were going to resend me another form which meant I missed the 9th June payment. They were ok about this and said the next payment would definately be going out on the 9th July. Had a call from them today saying they actually inputted the wrong details into the system and my original direct debit form is correct so they were going to submit that one. They said that the 9th June payment would be coming out soon. Fair enough but they told me that it definately wouldn't. So what have I gone and done.. got some repairs done on my car and paid an ex boyfriend the remaining outstanding amount that I owed him to get him off my back. I now dont have the money to give to Accuma.

If they hadn't told me that it would be going out on the 9th July I wouldn't have done this. I ended up crying and saying put it down as one months missed payment then. I can't cope with this anymore. Had so much hassle with Accuma... they tell me one thing then change their minds!!!

Life is far too stressful!!

Hi Maizie

Feel the same!

We should have exchanged contracts by today so that we could complete and move in 2 weeks time. IVA creditors would have been paid off!

Instead we are now arguing and there is little prospect of us exchanging!

I am really at the end of my tether to!

Speak to Accuma and make sure that they take your first payment on the 9th July. You also need to make sure that they do not try and take Junes out as it will lead to bank charges for you.
One missed payment will not harm your IVA,trust me,and you can tag it onto the end.
You,ve got your IVA approved and this is just a little snag...........in five years you will be in a wonderful position.
Keep smiling

I can answer that one Andy - no they don't!!! All I want to do is move as far away from our neighbours as possible!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Good advice from Andy, starting your IVA one month later than expected will not be the end of the world although I do sympathise with your frustrations.

Hi Andy

LOL I guess you are right!

I had the estate agent in fits of laughter this afternoon when I explained how could my purchaser not instruct a solicitor until 6 weeks after making an offer. That must be a first!

Some of the enquiries I have received from the purchaser solicitor's you would have thought that the house was about to fall down!

The way I feel I hope it does like the scene back in the 70's comedy programme "Some Mothers Do have them" when frank Spencer moved from his house and it fell down afterwards!

Hope this makes everyone smile!

Regards

Ray
