Our 3rd annual review is coming up and I haven't been honest about my overtime, my house is falling down around me so I've used the extra money for repairs etc. I am now changing my job, same income just a different company, will my IP find out,as he has requested one wage slip, I can't sleep at night I'm so worried they will fail my iva and make me bankrupt

Its in nobodies best interest to fail the iva but it is time to come clean. Do you have proof of the repair costs, you may find that had you asked in advance you would have been allowed to fund repairs out of the total amount of overtime. You need to talk things over with your iva firm. I know how you feel, our roof has beening waiting repair for 2 years and everytime its wet and windy I panic about it!!!
