It was great. What a lovely bunch.
I felt a bit like a spare part at 1st surrounded by all the proffessional experts but they were all brilliant and it was great actually speaking to them in person.
Oh and Melanie wasnt at all scary LOL infact she really is lovely.

The first thing to consider here is the mortgage - as this effectively provides the roof over your head. If the deal offered to you by Northern Rock is not competitive, then it might be worth shopping around to see what else might be on offer - and to this end I can recomment Tony Parsons or Andrew Graveson who both regularly post on the forum and are independent mortgage brokers who can find the best deals of the market.

Once this side is sorted out, you will then be in a position to consider how best to deal with your unsecured lending. As a chunk of this is with Northern Rock, who may not agree to accept an IVA, you will need to take specialist advice as to the options available to you at the appropriate time.
