Had some good news today. My parents offer is going to be put forward to the creditors. The offer gives them exactly the same amount as we could afford to pay now our circumstances have changed over the course of the next 4 years of our IVA. That us also with us on a variable rate so our ability to pay the amount we can pay now could decrease. I really hope we are in with a good chance but I am going to try not to get my hopes up as I know that may not vote for it. It is a start though, at least it is going to the creditors. Keep your fingers crossed

Seems like a sensible move by you and your IP to put this offer forward.

Thank you so much for all your support, I would be going even more loopy than I already am without you guys. I don't want to get my hopes up but it is a start. I burst in to tears when I found out. We have to provide a couple of documents which we have got then I am guessing once the report goes to creditors it us 28 days from then, I think from reading other posts. Keeping everything crossed xxx

They have been amazing. I don't know what I would have done without them the last few years. We kept it from my dad until I became quite sick this year and once he found out he just wanted to help. Just hope it all works out now x
