i am new here but would like someone to email me as i can get email on the move but not the forum and i need someone who is clued up on iva s . i have an iva i have been in my iva for i think nearly a year and i have not done a review and they are saying they will proceed to cancel my iva now i cant get payslips as i have had a number of jobs and i dont know where i can get a copy of my p60 and bank statments will take a while to get. i was not earning much befor but have started a new job self employed and am a bit worried about my payments because i dont want them to go up as sometimes i have work and other times i dont but i make sure i have my 200 pound there for the iva every month but if i earn alot of money over few months an then i dont have any work for the next where do i stand on this matter any one who can help please email me

Your IP has a duty to check your income and you must remember that the monthly payments are only fixed if your income and expenditure stays the same.
You need to speak with your IP and find a way to verify your past and present income.They will not want to fail your IVA unless they have no other option.
