hi - me again, just thought of something else... My son (age 7) has a savings account with Abbey [one of my creditors] which I'm signatory and trustee on. Will I have to relinquish my trustee status on this account, and even move it to another bank/building society?
Many thanks

If you are thinking of entering into an IVA, your son's account will be safe from your creditors and you can continue to act as a Trustee.
