soon to start iva but want to move house first

Hi, our iva should all be agreed and set up in the next two months. due to family problems we would now like to move house to another area. our home is valued at 142,000 and our mortgage is for 132,000. we are looking at properties around the 130-150,000 region and wondered if this was possible. will we be able to obtain a mortgage for the same amount and would the iva immediately take the little equity we have as soon as our house is sold
