I've just spoken to Clarke Wilmott - the dates on their system were wrong and when the OR's office looked at the electronic file it looked as though I hadn't paid! They have now amended the system and will notify the OR.

I am currently waiting for my case worker at the OR's office to call back to talk to me about the IPOQ. I'm not so worried about that though - I just didn't like the thought that they thought I wasn't paying!

Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, today is the present - a gift to make the most of.

Skippy im glad you are getting things sorted out. Its kind of sad when you see things like this happen to somebody like you who has and still is being so supportive to others.
Keep your chin up and dont let them grind you down.

Thanks for the hug Mrs Skint!

I have now spoken to the OR's office - she is happy that I have made the payments and will confirm with CW, and she will ignore the IPOQ that I returned to in August and send me a new one. I'm not to complete this until I move, and when I pointed out that I won't know my new expenditure straight away she told me it's not a problem. As long as I keep paying the £186 and return the IPOQ as soon as I know what I'm spending they are happy with things the way they are. I'll move, leave it a little while to get settled and the return it.

I feel a bit silly for panicking on Saturday now - CW and the OR's office were helpful and really nice.
