I enjoy most sports, especially football and now the season is almost over...just 1 game to go for my team....I wondered what sports fellow posters enjoy and how will football supporters get their "sporting fix"

I enjoy mountain biking in my spare time and can't beat whizzing through the trees in the summer!! TV wise its very hit and miss, occasionally the World Cup is shown on extreme sports channel and C4 show the odd round of the cup, other than that its all internet searching for my fix.

Other than football love to watch motorsports F1 and WRC, not able to watch the WRC this year as its moved from Dave to ESPN, wasn't impressed with that move. Hoping to catch the welsh wrc again next october.

My girls love the end of footie season as my Saturdays are free for babysitting [:D]

I enjoy watching cricket and golf, so hopefully that will get me through to August!

I don't personally follow any sport but often watch my son playing football and american football. Hubby is a hammers fan and we used to go to Upton Park when we had money (or someone else's). Is fishing a sport? Don't mind accompanying hubby on his fishing trips (carp). x

I have just started watching american football Lesley, husband of my friend in work is a coach.

I see lots of fishermen (should that be fisherpeople?)when I'm walking the dog. It doesn't appeal to me, seems to be a lot of waiting around and patience involved.Do you enjoy it?

I enjoy it when he catches a big one as he's what's known as a specimen hunter so only really going for double weight figure fish. We have a bivvy (tent thing), cooker, portable dvd player, internet on my phone, it's a bit like camping I guess, he doesnt' sit there watching a float it's all done with bite alarms etc., so we're sittig together as such until he gets a screamer and the dog loves going. I used to go more but now I'm a fair weather fisher woman as I get older. Gran Canaria is ok up in the mountains carp fishing and sun, now that you can't beat!

This is a football free zone! We both of us hate wrestling as well.

Well, I don't participate in any sports (those of you who have seen my Facebook pictures will know I'm not exactly built for it... [:D]). But my "other" interest is speedway, the bike variety on a shale track. I support the Sheffield "Tigers" and I am going to Cardiff the weekend of 24th June as the British round of the Grand Prix is at the Millennium Stadium.

I also quite like snooker, even though we have the World Championship at the Crucible, I've never seen any "live"
Final payment 1st April 2016.
Completion Certificate received 19th May 2016.

My favourite sports are football, cricket, F1 and athletics so I should be sorted for the summer!

Never watch athletics at all, not that fussed on tennis either.

Not looking forward to next year - wish I could afford to go on holiday so I could miss the Olympics!!

Not something that has ever appealed to me at all.

I wouldn't pay for tickets to the Olympics, but I will watch it - not just because it's London, I watch it wherever they are held.

Fishing is definitely not something that appeals to me!
