Hi,
Just received a S/O form from IP to send to my bank, question is do I need to send this or can I set the S/O up myself online[?]
Being lazy I know but to do it myself would be easier!

I am sure you will be fine setting it up on-line.

We would prefer our clients to do this - it saves our time, and so long as you send confirmation through to the IP this ought to be perfectly acceptable.

We set ours up online, no problem at all.
