They were my IP's when I started my IVA in July 2006 I paid £790 to Bianes & Earnst and then £833 a month later to BE which was 2 weeks after my meeting and approval of IVA so in my rekoning my IVA should end with my July 1st payment this year but I have been told by my account manager it will be after the september payment. When my variation meeting has concluded I will query this and see what happened to the 1st August 2006 payment and prob for that matter the 1st Sept one as well
ITS OVER WE ARE FINALLY DEBT FREE, CERTIFICATE ARRIVED

Suggesting the majority of ivas are mis-sold suggests we're all a bunch of idiots. I made an informed decision based on a number of discussions, Internet research and independent literature. You also seem to be remarkably badly informed for someone with clients!

Vinnie - the pre-acceptance payments are likely to be a referral fee paid to B&E. This is perfectly legit and will be documented in your proposal and/or chairman's report. congrats on nearing the end!!
