Sent mine and wife's wage slips last monday to McCambridge Duffy for our review through b***** royal mail and and they have still not recieved. Im dreading it now as ive no coppies of my wage slips and i need them for my review what the hell do i do now. So flipping angry !!!
Hi i only got it upto to end of march this year as only started IVA last october, would they accept are next wage slips with what we have earned from april to now ?
If you do not have fluctuating wages - bank statements ought to be fine. In future I would recommend scanning and e-mailing the wageslips, or at least keeping a copy.
Never send the originals would be my advise. A copy would suffice.
All mine got lost one year as well and first I knew was a technical breach letter. All sorted amicable but after that I sent it every year recorded delivery and rang once I saw it was scanned as receipted to confirm they had it.
Last Payment - November 2011 - Completion Certificate received 2 weeks after last payment, Removed from Insolvency Register within 4 weeks after last payment.
Try not to panic on this...my guess is they have arrived at their destination and they simply haven't been passed to the appropriate team/person.
Hindsight is a wonderful thing and like others I would encourage you not to send the originals - take copies and send those in.
Your bank statements and P60 should suffice if there is a problem.

There is a solution for everyone .... Just need to stay positive !
Must echo that it is probably best to send via email so as you have proof you have sent them (a read receipt might be an idea) Sent mine to the same company earlier in the year with everything else they needed and got a letter a month or so later saying I had not sent them and would be in breach if not received in 7 days from the date of the letter, this date was 4 days before I received said letter mind!). Suffice to say next review they will be getting everything by email which I can track.
