Can't you just send them a copy of your certificate of completion?
Last monthly payment made 3 June 2013 after 6 long years. CC issued 21 August 2013, but, er, lost in the post. Finally got it 17 September.

I would write to them including a copy of completion and ask them to stop correspondence however I think you continue to get them until the 6 year drop off.

We have been finished a year now and have had only one creditor contact us and that I simply ignored as we are fully protected by the IVA!

Hi,

You can do as Liz suggests but personally speaking, I'd ignore them. They can do nothing to you at all.
