Hi everyone,

I am into my second week of my IVA which has been Accepted
and i am still getting letters from Capital One and MBNA.
They have both stated that i am in default and the balances have increased.
Do i ignore these letters or is it a case of it not filtering through yet.

Hi Andrew.

The paperwork factories behind some of the banks are huge. I would not be surprised if you didn't continue to get the odd letter for the next few months.

I wonder if MBNA have shares in the postal service.

best thing to do is simply to send them to your IP with a bried note and ask for confirmation that they have acted upon them.

It takes a while for things to filter through the departments with these companies. As Paul says forward them on to your Ip. It wont change anything you are protected by your iva.
