Hi as you know, hubbys F&F was accepted and paid in early december.
He STILL hasnt recieved a certificate of completion.
We have emailed and emailed them and keep getting told "not long now"
I have a feeling we still have a very long wait before it arrives.[:(!]

This is not good enough - three months after the event. I suggest that you put them on notice that unless it is received by the end of the month you will be making enquiries from the regulatory bodies as to the length of time Mr Skint ought to reasonably be expected to wait.

Crumbs Mrs Skint. Our F&F was accepted 18 Sept last year and we received a copy of the certificate just under 4 weeks later with the rest of the final report etc around 3 weeks after that.

Hopefully what Melanie has suggested will help.

So that will take all of 30 seconds to do.

Keep being a pest and it will arrive!

My sympathies with you mrs skint. When I went through my F&F, it was accepted by the creditors in Jan 07, I paid the monies to the IP in June 07, YET, it took until Jan 08 (7 months later) until I received my Certificate of Due Completion. Now what on earth they were doing for those seven months I have no idea as every time I phoned them I ended up speaking to some clerk as the IP was never available. I also was charged £3000 for nominees fee and £3000 for supervisors fee - nice work if you can get it!

I'll believe that when we recieve it LOL.

To be fair, the lady that emailed said that if we dont recieve it soon she will send a copy by recorded delivery.
